Amaretti Nougat
Classic nougat infused with amaretto and decorated with amaretti biscuit. A chewy and crunchy confection with the finest Amaretto-laced fondant filling, finished with a generous sprinkling of crushed Amaretti biscuit. Contains alcohol.
Ingredients
Nougat (67%): Honey (30%), toasted almonds (20%), sugar, glucose syrup, wafers (potato starch, water, olive oil), egg white powder, corn starch, natural flavourings (amaretto).
Macaroon: Biscuit (20%)' sugar, almonds (19%). egg whites, milk proteins, flavouring, raising agent: Ammonium bicarbonate.
Amaretto Filling (13%): Sugar, vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, shea, colza), whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, flavouring (vanilla), Amaretto liquor (1.5%).
