Shortbread Selection with Salted Caramel & Almond

The Cartwright & Butler Shortbread Selection includes two of their beautiful shortbreads, both made using the classic recipe of flour, sugar and lots of butter. The Sea Salted Caramel Shortbread is packed with chips of dark, salted caramel. Then the Great Taste Award Winner, the Almond Shortbread, has added ground almonds to make for a superior crumb.

Sea Salted Caramel Shortbread 150g: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salted Butter (Milk), Sugar, Demerara Sugar, Cornflour, Crushed Caramel (2%) (Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Whole Milk Powder, Fresh Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Salt, Natural Vanilla Flavouring (Milk), Emulsifier (Rapeseed Lecithin)), Toffee Flavouring, Sea Salt (0.1%) Almond Shortbread 150g: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Salted Butter (Butterfat (Milk), Water, Salt), Sugar, Flaked Almonds (5%), Demerara Sugar, Cornflour, Ground Almonds (1%), Flavouring.
