Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
• To qualify for reward points you must register for a Grace & Mabel account.
• Please ensure you are signed into your online account to earn points for every purchase. Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account.
• For in-store purchases please provide your name and email address to ensure points are accrued during the transaction.
• We are unable to add points onto your account if you forget to login or notify staff at checkout in-store.
• You can earn points on sale items and full priced items.
• Any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.
• Points are redeemable online at www.graceandmabel.co.uk or in-store.
• Each point is equal to £0.50p on purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases of Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers do not qualify for reward points.
• Delivery charges are not included when calculating earned points.
• Grace & Mabel may transfer, cancel, withdraw or alter reward points at any time including these Terms & Conditions without notice.
• By signing up to our Loyalty Scheme you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the programme. These emails are designed to include content relating to your points balance.
• You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting the account section of the website and updating your preferences.
