RETURNS POLICY

If you have changed your mind or are not fully happy with the goods in your Grace & Mabel order, you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange (where stock is available) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and haven't been washed, worn or damaged.

Please Note:
We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, other than faulty items and we will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where tags have been removed. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hosiery, underwear or swimwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Footwear will only be accepted in the original box in an unmarked condition.

A full refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs.

For your convenience, customers in the UK can return unwanted online purchase to our Bristol or Bath store. Please ensure that you take your receipt and despatch note with you as proof of purchase.  

RETURNING GOODS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

For customers returning goods from outside of the UK and/or needing to produce a customs declaration, goods MUST be marked as "Returned goods" with ZERO commercial value. Failure to do so, or to declare any value on the shipment may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods which will be deducted from any refunds payable or recharged to your payment method.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Orders placed after the 26th November for Christmas gifts can be returned up to 2nd January.

We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you to the value of the goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.

If you wish to have an exchange or report a FAULTY item please call us within 7 days of receipt on +44 (0) 117 9743882 or email us at shop@graceandmabel.co.uk and we will advise you how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Grace & Mabel reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which graceandmabel.co.uk can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, outlined above and within the 14 days time limit. Graceandmabel.co.uk will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
